Located at 593 Plenty Road Preston, Fighting Fit P.T. is a small and independent personal training studio, NOT A GYM, registered with Fitness Australia (Australia’s national health and fitness industry association), and a career partner with the Australian Institute of Fitness (Australia’s leading fitness courses and careers institute).

We pride ourselves on our quality of work, our expertise, our professionalism, and the type of members that enter our studio.
